Coastal Blue Waterfront Bradenton Wedding | Palmetto Riverside Bed and Breakfast

Kaylnn and Logan’s waterfront Florida wedding took place in a picturesque coastal community at the historic Palmetto Riverside Bed and Breakfast.

As a Sarasota wedding planner, I had the pleasure of not only orchestrating but also designing this romantic outdoor courtyard wedding. This couple was my perfect, ideal client. We worked through their planning process like we were friends. They were quick to make decisions and allowed me to present options to them. There was full trust in the planning process, and they were truly amazing to work with.

With towering trees and the Manatee River serving as the backdrop, the bride and groom exchanged vows as white draping added a romantic touch to the old-world Floridian charm setting. Kaylnn walked down the aisle in a classic ballgown with modern flair, while her wedding party wore green dresses while carrying white bouquets.

After waterfront portraits on the overwater pier, the couple shared an intimate moment before seeing the final result of their elegant outdoor courtyard reception. Dusty blue linens mixed with wooden feasting tables added visual appeal to the space, while blue stone chargers and hand-written place cards added a personal touch.

As the sun set, the string lighting and abundance of candlelight added warmth, while the varying heights of centerpieces created depth for the design. The greenery wall with a custom neon sign was the perfect backdrop for the three-tier hexagon-shaped cake.

The focal point of the reception was the sweetheart table artfully positioned in front of the fireplace and covered in a blanket of greenery, hydrangeas, and blush pink roses. The lace linen overlay and gold-rimmed chargers provided an elevated look to the couple’s place setting.

The night ended with late-night snacks and dancing under the stars with light-up glow sticks to add to the guest experience.
