Often times, ballrooms and big spaces can look empty and feel cold during the walk through, but can be completely transformed into a beautiful room with the use of drapery, uplighting, furniture rentals, linens, and decor.

Signature planning PROCESS
To ensure we understand your vision and all the elements on your wish-list, the Full Service Planning Package begins the planning process with a video call where we go over your vision as the first step after booking.
Over a half hour Zoom call, we will go over your wedding colors and how they will tie into the rest of the decor and details.
This is also the perfect time to discuss any custom order builds or stationery so they can be ordered in advance and fit into your budget.

The Full Service Planning Package is perfect for the visual couple who wants to see how everything will come together before the big day.
Once all the decor and design elements have been selected, we will schedule a date to meet and showcase your sample Show Table.
We will set up your preview styled Show Table which includes vendor samples of design elements that will be pulled together to create your desired final look on your wedding day.

How many weddings do you plan per year?
Our growth with weddings increases each year, but so does our staff. We have created a team of planners, event assistants and support staff that allows us to stay organized and to continue to create amazing events for our couples
Can you help me stay within budget?
Absolutely! No matter what your budget is, we want to respect you and what you’re comfortable spending. For our Full Service Couples, we do manage your budget and have a very detailed meeting discussing where to spend your budget and what’s most important to you within your budget. For our Partial Planning couples, we recommend vendors that are going to be within your style and budget.
Will you plan our Rehearsal Dinner and Farewell Brunch?
We would be delighted too! Our Enhancement Page details these services. We will upgrade your package with these additional services up to 4 months prior to your date.
My wedding isn't for 2 years, will you book out that far?
The short answer is yes! We understand that there are life factors to consider when having a long engagement or long planning process. We will work with our Full Service couples for an extra long planning process. We will work with our Partial Planning couples up to 18 months prior to the wedding and for our Event Management couples we will accept bookings up to 12 months prior to the wedding.
